licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. The separately published
peanut-admin/core Composer package and @peanut-admin/admin npm package are also
licensed under Apache-2.0.

This distribution includes or builds upon third-party materials. Their licenses
and source references are recorded in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md and the SPDX 2.3
inventory RELEASE_SBOM.spdx.json. ThinkPHP's upstream notice is retained at
server/LICENSE.txt. Third-party rights are not restricted by the Apache-2.0
license for Peanut Admin.

The Apache-2.0 change applies to repository source from the commit that
introduced this NOTICE. Existing immutable tags and GitHub Releases retain the
license files published with those artifacts.
